NEVER PURCHASED FROM GAMINE

If you are a new customer that has never used our Help Center request form, or never placed and order, then you have to create a new account.

Click Sign In in the top right corner and proceed to "New to GAMINE? Sign up" section. If you see a notification that your email is already in use, proceed to the next section below.

ALREADY PURCHASED FROM GAMINE

If you have placed an orders/orders before, then you email is already in our database. To gain the full access to our Help Center you have to get your password. 

Click Sign In in the top right corner and proceed to "Have you emailed us? Get a password" section. If don't remember your password, click on "Forgot my password" below the password filed and follow the instructions. 

If after doing all this you didn't get the access to your account, try to create a new one (see "Never purchased from Gamine") or contact us, using the request from by clicking "Sumbit a request" in the top right corner.
